Chapter 2

[Note from wacky: am I doing good?] When I woke up in the morning, Fluffy was not there. I decided to look for her.  I ran up the streets bumping into twolegs as I ran.  While running I heard a twoleg mutter something like "clumsy old cat!" Well fine then. How would  you like if I called  you guys clumsy old whatevers. Because, lets face it guys. You are WAY clumsier than me. Eventually I found Fluffy,  sitting by a bin. All on her own. "What's up?" I asked. She looked back, suprisingly "oh,um nothing. Nothing really.. I was just sitting here. By this um.. bin." Yeah right.  "Really, Fluffy. Is that the best you could do?" I laughed. "Ok, ok what's really wrong? The truth, Fluffy."
"Mhmmhh.."
"Fluffy"
"Fine look, I think I miss my house.." she said quietly. " your...house?"  Ok, I don't know what a house is. Big deal. Not. "Yes, my house. It was where I lived," she went on "with my owner, and her mom.." she looked as if she would cry. "Fluffy.." I said softly "Its ok. I'm sure if I had a house I would miss it too. You'll get over it "
"No" she said "no I'm not sure I will. Well, not very quickly anyways..."
"Right." I said. "Lets get you cheered up. " I looked around and saw a lone mouse sitting near another bin, eating an old crispy tayto thing. "Give me a minute.." I whispered. I lowered my haunches, and slowly-very slowly crept up on the mouse. I waited for the right moment then... I POUNCED! I looked up and smiled at Fluffy. "Mouse?" I asked. She took it from my mouth, still sniffling. "Prince.."
"Yeah?"
"Do you think they`ve forgotton about me?"
I paused for a minute, unsure about what to say. If I said yes, would she be sad? Or if I said no, Would she try to return to them?
"Er... I er... I don`t know.. to be honest, Fluffy."
"OK, Then.." Then fluffy started talking.
